FAQS

We offer discounts for crawlspace and attic work for repeat customers, home buyers/sellers, and often will even discount certain services depending on the size of the job. We offer competitive pricing for our standard of work and are very willing to work with the homeowner to come to a fair price.

We like to inspect every job. We feel that an accurate bid/estimate is crucial to starting out the relationship right. Once we arrive and get eyes on the issue, we'll go over what we've found and show you the pictures we've taken. At that point we'll recommend the best course of action and proceed from there.

We have 12 years of experience in water, mold, animal and fire restoration in both crawlspaces and attics. We have compiled the best practices and knowledge in the area over this time and never stop learning new and better ways to perform our work. We also go above and beyond the standards laid out by the IICRC.

Co-Founder Dillon Rivera first began doing this work by following in the footsteps of his father, who was a pioneer in the field of restoration in the late 80s and early 90s. He has grown up in and around this work for his whole life and started out as a restoration technician at his father's company 12 years ago.

We have worked with home buyers and sellers trying to close, homeowners, property managers, and commercial contractors.

Rosalyn Hein was one of my favorite jobs in a while. I had gone out to inspect due to a bad smell and found that some work had not been done properly on her home before on the HVAC ducting, vapor barrier and some exclusions. These exclusions were difficult because the foundation was concrete blocks, though a stick built home. She was very nervous that she was going to make the wrong decision and spend a lot of money without getting much return on it. I talked her through it and assured her that our team would take amazing care of her and would get a great product in her crawlspace and we did. She was very happy and even wrote us a 5 star review. It's very satisfying to have customers' needs met and to see how happy they are with the product!

Make sure to ask questions. A good company will answer your questions and be knowledgeable enough to answer a wide range of things. No one knows everything, but they should be able to find the answers to your questions and get back to you. Crawlspace restoration is a relatively untouched field and the number 1 telltale sign of a good restoration company is that they can answer your questions about your crawlspace or attic.

What have they smelled, heard or observed? What animal or issue do you think it is? Clues like these help isolate issues and help us help you with any restoration project.
