Dillon Rivera and Harlan Gross grew up together in the Pacific Northwest and quickly realized that they made a great team in business. However, the only challenge was finding a venture that combined both of their passions. Over time, Dillon climbed the ladder at a restoration company, eventually becoming the General Manager, while Harlan pursued his interest in masonry and advanced into a managerial role in his field. Eventually, they both recognized that they had the skills, experience, and drive necessary to start a restoration business together—and the rest is history.

Restoration became the perfect way to combine their two passions: helping people and creating a quality product. Along the way, they observed a wide range of service practices across trades like masonry, construction, and remodeling. Through these experiences, they learned a crucial lesson: it is never worth it—either in the short term or the long term—to provide anything less than superb service to the customer.
