Disaster Restoration Experts
The Founders
Dillon Rivera and Harlan Gross grew up together in the Pacific Northwest and quickly realized that they made a great team in business. The only issue was finding something that combined both of their passions. As the years passed, Dillon climbed the ladder at a restoration company to become the General Manager, while Harlan took interest in masonry and eventually got into a managerial role in his field. Eventually they both realized that they had the skills and drive necessary to go into business together in restoration and the rest is history.
Restoration combined those two passions: helping people and creating a great product. They had observed all sorts of service practices from various trades including masonry, construction, remodeling and more. The main lesson they learned is: It's not worth it in the short or long run to not provide superb service to the customer.

Start To Finish
Learn how we do things from the initial call to completion of work
Step 1
The Initial Call
When you first call in, our receptionist will gather basic info from you (name, number, project details, etc.) and then pass you over to our most experienced inspector to ensure nothing is neglected for when they come to inspect. After that, you'll be put on the schedule. We schedule in 2-hour time windows to allow the inspector to really get a good idea of the project. Also some of those crawlspaces are tight!
Step 2
Inspection
Half an hour prior to his arrival, the inspector will give you a call to let you know he's on his way. When he arrives, he'll perform his inspection and document what he sees, taking pictures the whole way. When he's done, he'll go over the pictures he took with you and advise you on the best course of action. Sometimes there are instances where insurance is the better option and some where it can only be paid out-of-pocket. The inspector is trained to isolate these and advise you which is possible.
Step 3
The Paperwork
Once you've signed our work authorization contract and are ready to move forward with the project, the inspector will gather up all the paperwork, photos and full project details and send these over to our finance section to review.
Once finance has approved the paperwork, our project manager looks over the file and will give you a call to schedule you for the work. This happens within 24-48 hours after you've signed up.
Step 4
The Work
Similar to the inspector, the Lead Technician will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival each day of work. From there it's just a matter of performing the restoration! If you have any question at this point, you'll call our Project Manager at 971-241-8865 (filler number).
Step 5
Quality Check
We quality check every job we do, including taking pictures of the finished product and fixing anything that may have been missed, if anything. Usually final payment is collected when the Quality Inspector is there and has finished his inspection.
Step 6
Completion
The last step is to send you a Completion Packet. The packet includes before and after pictures, your invoice and any change orders, a signed Certificate of Final Completion, your signed Work Authorization form, and any insurance estimates, if needed.
